Oil Rotary Vane Pumps Two-Stage
Draaischuifpompen worden beschouwd als natte, verdringerpompen, waarbij de term "nat" aangeeft dat de gassen die worden gepompt in contact komen met olie. Het belangrijkste kenmerk van oliedichte draaischuifpompen (OSRV) is het gebruik van olie als afdichtmiddel en koelmiddel.
Twee-traps draaischuifvacuümpompen gebruiken een twee-traps compressie die hoge pompsnelheden combineert met een lage uiteindelijke druk. Ze worden veel gebruikt in de industriële, chemische, farmaceutische en voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
RV Two Stage RVP
RV oliedichte pompen zijn al vele jaren de industriestandaard roterende lamellenpomp voor laboratoriumtoepassingen dankzij ontwerpkenmerken die ze goedkoop in gebruik en onderhoud maken in vergelijking met andere roterende pompen.
Met hun unieke modusselector kan één pomp worden gebruikt voor zowel hoge doorvoer- als hoogvacuümtoepassingen; zelfcentrerend mechanisme, geen pennen om in te stellen en elk onderdeel kan worden vervangen; hoge dampvermogenspomp en breed scala aan accessoires maken RV-pompen de beste langetermijnoplossing voor laboratoriumtoepassingen.
RV-pompen zijn verkrijgbaar met snelheden variërend van 3 tot 12 m3/uur. Met 400.000 geproduceerde eenheden bieden deze pompen bewezen prestaties die de industriestandaard bepalen voor R&D en wetenschappelijke pompapplicaties.
