AIGX Serie Hete Kathode Meter
De Active Ion Gauge (AIGX) is een compacte actieve ionenmeter met dubbele yttria-gecoate iridiumfilamenten, een breed meetbereik van 6,6 x 10^-2 tot 6,6 x 10^-10 mbar en een lineaire uitgang van 1 Volt/decade. De AIGX integreert alle voordelen van het industriestandaard actieve meetconcept, met geïntegreerde elektronica en vervangbare buis. De meter heeft een ontgassingsfunctie en bevat voorzieningen om de levensduur van de filamenten te beschermen en te verlengen. De AIGX profiteert van extreem lage emissies van geladen deeltjes, wat het een uitstekende keuze maakt voor processen waarbij achtergrondruis ongewenst is.

- Twee versies beschikbaar, elk met drie vacuümkoppeling varianten: 'D' versies hebben een 9-pins 'D' connector en standaard interface.
