Meter Indirecte Drukmeting
Indirecte breedbereik vacuümmeters zijn de beste keuze wanneer de druk over een breed bereik moet worden gemeten en wanneer goede nauwkeurigheid over het hele bereik nodig is. Betrouwbare vacuümmeters zijn essentieel om de nauwkeurigheid en controle van uw systeem te waarborgen. Onze vacuümmeteroplossingen omvatten de WRG-serie Cold Cathode Combination Gauge, AIM-serie Cold Cathode Gauge en APG-serie Pirani Gauge.
WRG Series
De Wide Range Gauge (WRG) familie biedt de mogelijkheid voor enkelpoort drukmeting in het bereik van atmosfeer tot 10-9 mbar, met een lineaire output.
Het is een compacte oplossing, die de ruimte en connectiviteits-hardware vereisten halveert, wat in veel toepassingen van groot belang kan zijn. De WRG heeft vele nieuwe kenmerken, waaronder een gepatenteerde striker, drukknop kalibratie en setpoint besturingen en uitgebreide diagnostiek. De WRG is een kosteneffectieve vacuümbeheeroplossing wanneer deze wordt gebruikt met een Edwards controller of direct geïntegreerd in de vacuümsysteem besturing.
Deze gauge is bijzonder geschikt voor het monitoren van de druk op systemen die snel worden leeggepompt van atmosferische druk naar hoge vacuümniveaus.
Voor toepassingen die uitgebreide drukmonitoring vereisen in het bereik van 10-2 tot 10-4 mbar, raadt Edwards het gebruik van een aparte Active Pirani (APG200) aan.

- Verlengde service-intervallen en levensduur van de meter, door vermindering van HT-spanning na ontsteking en lage ontladingsstroom
