De Edwards RGA's zijn quadrupool massaspectrometers met een hoogwaardig analysebuis bestaande uit de ionenbron, het quadrupoolfilter en de detector.

PRA: Onze Primaire Restgasanalysator is de perfecte oplossing voor alle "basis" toepassingen en processen, voor snelle en gemakkelijke analyse.
WRA: Onze Breedspectrum Restgasanalysator, voor geavanceerde en meer veeleisende processen en analyses, die hogere analysetemperaturen en afbaktemperaturen tot 300°C mogelijk maakt. Om aan geavanceerde behoeften te voldoen, biedt de WRA een betere gevoeligheid om zelfs de kleinste sporen van moleculen te detecteren.
