Turbomolecular Pumps Mechanical
Turbomoleculaire pompen (TMP's) zijn kinetische vacuümpompen die werken met behulp van een zeer snel draaiende rotor (meestal roterend tussen 24.000 en 90.000 RPM). Hun typische werkdrukken bevinden zich in het hoge tot ultra-hoge drukbereik tussen 10^-3 en 10^-11 mbar, met pompsnelheden tussen 10 en 4.000 l/s. Ze worden veel gebruikt in wetenschappelijke en industriële toepassingen die een nauwkeurige en schone vacuümomgeving vereisen, zoals oppervlakte-analyse, massaspectrometrie en vacuümdepositie. Ze kunnen continu gedurende lange perioden werken, wat ze ideaal maakt voor vele laboratorium- en productieomgevingen.
nEXT Pumps
nEXT turbomoleculaire pompen zijn hybride lagerspompen met geïntegreerde controllers voor pompsnelheden van 47 tot 1250 ls-1.
De nEXT is een hybride lagersamenstelling turbomoleculaire pomp. nEXT pompen combineren onze bewezen lagertechnologie, een verbeterd rotorontwerp met een nieuwe moleculaire sleeptrap om verbeterde pompsnelheden en compressieverhoudingen te leveren, en gebruiksvriendelijkheid. Ze beschikken over 24 V tot 48 V DC sensorloze motoren met een ingebouwde aandrijving die volledig compatibel is met ons assortiment TAG en TIC controllers.
nEXT300D - ISO100 160W
is a turbo molecular pump - hybrid bearing with a D - Duplex design offering a balanced performance between good gas throughput and good light gas compression.
