VIV - Vacuum Isolation Valve
Ontworpen voor gebruik met nXDS, XDS, nXLi en nXRi droge primaire pompen, is de VIV vacuümisolatieklep een klep met hoge geleiding en snelle werking die is ontworpen om de verplaatsing van damp of deeltjes van de voorpomp naar de proceskamer te voorkomen. Wanneer de VIV gesloten is, wordt de voorpomp veilig geventileerd.
