Dry Scroll Pumps
Droge scrollvacuümpompen zijn verdringerpompen die gebruik maken van twee spiraalvormige scrolls, één vaste en één oscillerende, om gasmoleculen te vangen en samen te persen. Het zijn olievrije, onderhoudsarme pompen die vaak worden gebruikt voor schone vacuümtoepassingen. Omdat ze niet afhankelijk zijn van olie voor afdichting en smering, elimineren ze het risico van olieverontreiniging en -lekkage, waardoor ze een milieuvriendelijke keuze zijn.

XDSi Scroll Pumps
XDS droog scrollpompen zijn de industriestandaard geworden wanneer droogpompen essentieel is, en blijken een robuuste en schone vacuümpompoplossing te zijn in een reeks toepassingen en processen.
XDS35i
De XDS35i-familie van scrollpompen biedt bewezen droge, schone vacuümoplossingen voor een breed scala aan toepassingen, met slimme aandrijftechnologie om de pomp te verzorgen en wereldwijd prestaties te leveren.
Nu heeft een combinatie van de dubbelstart scrollvormtechnologie en bypass-kleppen Edwards in staat gesteld om de XDS35i Enhanced reeks pompen aan te bieden als aanvulling op onze oorspronkelijke familie.
XDS35iE - NGB 100-120/200-230V 50/60Hz 1Ph Enhanced
The XDS35iE NGB version combines its enhanced performance with its a blanked gas ballast port. This product is well suited for rare gas recirculation and gas recovery applications.
Features and Benefits
- Lagerafscherming - zorgt voor scheiding tussen procesgassen en lager smering om een schone vacuüm te garanderen en voorkomt dat smeermiddel wordt verontreinigd door procesgassen, wat de levensduur van het lager verlengt.
- Slimme motoraandrijving - betekent consistente prestaties wereldwijd, bescherming tegen overbelasting van de pomp en mogelijkheid voor op afstand starten/stoppen.
- Hoog debiet gasballastfunctie - maakt het mogelijk om dampen, inclusief waterdamp, tot 240 gh-1 te pompen.
- Eenvoudig enkelzijdig scrollontwerp - maakt onderhoud in enkele minuten mogelijk voor lage eigendomskosten en maximale beschikbaarheid.
- Zet een stap verder - de Enhanced-versies bieden tot 20% lagere piekvermogenvereisten tijdens de initiële pompfase, wat betekent dat ze in staat zijn om grote volumekamers leeg te pompen zonder prestatieverlies en tot 25% meer pompsnelheid bij deze ruwdrukken, wat helpt bij toepassingen met een hogere frequentiecycli.
